The construction of the New Woodford School Campus at Ibex Hill has been gathering pace over the last year, and on on 17 February, 2023, Management was pleased to welcome the PTA Executive Committee for a familiarization tour of the site.
The guests were re-introduced to the project and shown the progress achieved so far, with the sports facilities already completed in 2022, the next phase of the construction was starting the construction of the superstructures of four primary classroom blocks. These have been erected to the roof level, and work on the foundations for the two Early Learning Centre classroom blocks has started.
The team will shortly be starting the construction of the Library, Computer Room, and Staff Room blocks, among others. Once the block work has progressed, we will work on fittings in readiness for the start of the 2024 school year.
We are excited about the current developments as we move closer to occupying a purpose-built school with great facilities, are happy to inform you that we are on course to meet the target of starting the next school year at our new campus. Our students are assured to continue to get the quality education that has come to be associated with our brand.
