On Day 4 of Empathy Week, our journey to self-compassion took a stand against bullying, a topic that affects so many. In a creative and symbolic gesture, students wore pajamas to school, embracing the message that it’s time to put bullying to sleep—for good. Just as pajamas symbolize comfort, rest, and peace, we aimed to create a safe space where everyone can feel comfortable in their own skin, free from the fear of judgment or harm.

Through thoughtful discussions, activities, and storytelling, we explored the impact of bullying on self-esteem and emotional well-being, recognizing that fostering kindness starts with treating ourselves and others with compassion. Together, we chose to stand against bullying, sending a clear message: it’s time to rest easy and let empathy thrive. Let’s put bullying to bed once and for all!
