We are pleased to announce that the technical hiccup that had delayed the launch of the Woodford School Lusaka Parent Portal Mobile App has now been resolved and the app is now available for parents and guardians to install and use on their phones and tablets.
The Mobile App has similar features and functionalities to the web browser portal and allows parents to instantly access a host of information about their child’s school journey:
- Notifications
- Report Cards
- Daily attendance
- Academic assessment scores
- Activities management
- Learner Behaviour Management
- News items, information and articles of interest
- Daily schedule via the Calendar
- Respond to permission and agreements related to your child’s participation in outings and activities
- Contact Information pertaining to both yourself and your child can be updated
- Financial statements
- View the contact information of staff members who are involved in your child’s education
More features are still being configured, so the Mobile Application will continue to grow in scope.
To install the App onto your phone or tablet, first go to the Google Play Store (Android Users) or Apple Store (iOS Users) and search for the Edana Parent Portal Mobile Application
The Edana Parent Portal mobile application appears on the Google Play/Apple Stores as depicted above.
Once downloaded and installed on our device, you will be required to enter an Activation Code in the mobile application in order to link your mobile application to our Ed-admin Server.
The Activation Code for Woodford School Lusaka is 462201.
After correctly entering the Activation Code, you will then be required to enter your User ID (Parent ID) and Password. These are the same log-in details you normally use on the web-based Parent Portal.
