After the closure of our school campuses in 2020, under the Coronavirus COVID-19 preventive measures directed by the Minister of Health, we have rolled out a comprehensive Remote Learning Programme.

In order to assist students, parents and guardians who may face challenges connecting to the Student Portal, Parent Portal, or our G Suite for Education platform, we have set up the following simple ways to contact our Network Team and have requests attended to.

  • Help Desk Form – Please click here to submit a query to our IT Help Desk. Once there, you can let us know about your challenge and we will endeavour to attend to it in the shortest possible time.
  • Help Desk Live Sessions – The Live Video Help Desk shall operate as follows:
    • Lunch Time: 12 30 – 14 30 hours
    • After Hours: 16 30 – 19 00 hours
