A busy term one ended in the first week of April, but not for some adventurous primary students who travelled to Ndubaluba Outdoor Centre for outdoor learning.
Woodford School Lusaka learners from Grade 3 to Grade 6 could go for a tour of Ndubaluba Outdoor Center in Mkushi from 3 April 2023 to 6 April 2023.
The learners had a holistic experience away from home where they developed their communication, listening, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. The students participated in thrilling outdoor activities such as climbing the Jacobs ladder, canoeing, parachute and rope games.
Many exciting sentiments were shared by our learners, such as them learning the importance of working together to achieve a goal, learning how to have a strong sense of responsibility and the importance of listening to each other when working in groups.
Thank you to the team at Ndubaluba Outdoor Centre for hosting us. They had a memorable and fabulous time.
