2020 Grade 7 Educational Tour to the Vic Falls Region scheduled for April 13-18

Woodford School Lusaka Grade Seven pupils have been travelling to Livingstone and the Victoria Falls Region every year since 2017.  A group of at least 25 Grade 7 children accompanied by members of staff will travel by road using the Mitsubishi Rosa Bus.

Pupils travelling to the Victoria Falls Region will gain first hand encounter with the Victoria Falls, which is one of the seven wonders of the natural world, and Zambia’s foremost tourist attraction.

Although many of our learners have visited the area before with families and indeed will return there many times in their lifetimes, none will ever forget the lessons learnt and the experiences gained on this field trip. With its combination of learning and its focus on the Victoria Falls (its formation, history as well as economic and geographic significance), as well as opportunities for relaxation on a boat cruise and game drive, and shopping excursion, the field trip is a wonderful experience that will be long-cherished.
