The Woodford School Lusaka Girl Guides Club achieved another great milestone with their first Enrolment Ceremony held on 28 June 2017. In a colourful event that took place at our school campus, our groups of Girl Guides, Lechwes and Eaglets were enrolled as members of the Girl Guide Association of Zambia. The occasion was graced by both Mrs Rachel Chakalashi, the Girl Guides Chief Commissioner, and the Executive Director of Girl Guide Association of Zambia, Ms. Caroline Kafunya. A number of parents and guardians were also in attendance.
The Eaglets are a new section of guiding that has been recently introduced by the Girl Guide Association of Zambia, to welcome in the very youngest of our young ladies, and Woodford School Lusaka Eaglets were the very first to be every enrolled.
