Woodford School Lusaka operates a cycle of three terms per calendar year, and tuition fees for a particular term are due and payable on the last day of the previous term. This longstanding practice is common to many fee-paying institutions, which allows the school to adequately prepare for each term before opening as resources are then available for maintenance, textbooks, stationery and other inputs and facilities.

At the time of enroling their children, parents sign up to our School’s Tuition Fees Payment Policy which governs how tuition and other fees are levied and paid.

School places are only secured by timely payment of all fees and charges.
